Scope of Work:
1- Supply of # 30 Hg free bottom - hole sampler complete with clock, transfer head for each end and complete transfer equipments and shipping bottles with all accessories and spare parts with the following specifications:
Sampler OD: 1.25"
Sampler Capacity: 600 cc
Working Pressure: 10000 PSI
Working Temperature: 350° F
Service: sour gas service
Material Requirement: according to the NACE MR-01-75
Transfer Head Connection: 1/8" NPT
Clock: 2.5 hours.
2- Supply of # 2 complete field transfer equipments consists of transfer pump and all recommended accessories such as piping, connections and valves, 10000 Psi working pressure, 150° F, process connection is 1/8" NPT (sour gas service material acc. to NACE MR-01-75)
3- Supply of # 30 Shipping bottle 600 cc capacity, connection 1/8" NPT with valves (sour gas service material acc. to NACE MR-01-75) and with carrying case.
4- Supply of # 30 field-redressing kit with required tools.
5- Supply of # 30 lot of Spare parts required for 500 operation ("O" rings, clocks, replacing parts ..etc), rubber materials should be VITON.
6- Training for 4 SOC technicians for operation, maintenance & repair.
