Scope of Work:
1- The provision of coring services.
2- The superintendent or the superintendent’s representative shall instruct the contractor to perform one or more jobs specifying the details of the jobs, the deliverables and the organization code of the requesting team.
3- The contractor shall provide the services as and when instructed and on such sites as directed by the company in each service order. The company does not guarantee the extent, quantum, value or continuity of use of the services.
4- The contractor shall be solely responsible for the operation of its equipment including, but not limited to, transportation, rigging-up, testing, inspection, calibration, running, maintenance, repair, and rigging-down. The contractor shall perform the services subject to and with the assistance of any services and facilities provided by company.
5- The contractor shall manage, direct, supervise and control specific services and all associated obligations and operations including the provision of personnel and the provision, operation, maintenance and repair of tools and equipment with all ancillary and associated items, the contractor shall perform all the services, including:
A- Performance of any and all associated operations and activities necessary to co-ordinate, organize, control and monitor the services with all contractor's equipment, personnel, materials and facilities.
B- Co-ordination and performance of all preparation, handling and transportation of contractor's equipment, personnel, materials and facilities.
C- All actions required to effect mobilization for the performance of services under this contract and demobilization following the contract termination or contract expiry.
D- Transportation, storage, warehousing, rigging-up, rigging-down, operation, maintenance, inspection, calibration and repair of all contractor's equipment (materials and facilities).
E- Quality assurance and quality control testing on contractor’s materials and the reporting of results as required by company.
F- Other related services that may be instructed through an adjustment order to the contract as and when required.
