Scope of Work:
1- Supply of # 3 complete water - ring compressor type BK-25T with electric motor and all accessories. (Skid mounted) and spare parts.
Complete set for delivery consist of:
Water separator tank BD-OO, elbow piece, coupling pipe, base plate and engine as the following specifications:
Motor model A03-3I558T, motor power 90 kw, speed 720 rpm, frequency 50hz, ambient temp 50°c, ip 54.
Water- ring compressor specifications:
Capacity: 25 m3/min, suction pressure: atmosphere pressure, discharge pressure: 2kg/cm2, seal packing medium air, delivery pipe diameter: 1 00mm, suction pipe diameter: 175mm.
Materials:
Casing: cast iron.
Impeller, shaft, and bush: stainless steel.
Spare parts for the above compressor:
# 10 blade wheel, # 30 elastic bushing, # 12 protective bushing, # 6 gland packing 4140, # 10 bearing 0-7313.
2- Supply of # 4 complete water - ring compressor, type BK-12MT with electrical motor and all accessories. (Skid mounted) and spare parts.
Complete set for delivery consist of:
Water separator tank bd-00, elbow piece, coupling pipe, base plate and engine as the following specifications:
Speed: 1000 rpm, frequency: 50 hz, ambient temp.: 50°c, ip: 54.
Water - ring compressor specifications:
Capacity: 12 m3/min, suction pressure: atmosphere pressure, discharge pressure: 0.5 kg/cm2, seal packing medium air.
Materials:
Casing: cast iron.
Impeller, shaft, and bush: stainless steel.
Spare parts for the above compressor:
# 10 blade wheel, # 20 elastic bushing, # 10 protective bushing, # 6 gland packing 3960, # 10 bearing 0-7513, # 10 bearing 0-1611.
3- Supply of # 2 complete water -ring vacuum pump with spare parts:
Type BBH-12MT, Capacity: 12 m3/min, vacuum: 70%, speed: 1000rpm.
