Scope of Work:
Supply of 3,000-meter conductor pipe.
- Description:
Brand new & unused saw conductor pipe c/w pre- sling according to rules of (API 5l,saw) last revision.
- Specifications:
Pipe OD: 30", pipe wall: 0.75", wt/ 234.29#, thread: leopard SD, pipe material: API 5l, GR. B / X-52, saw, connector c/w protector (top): leopard SD box, connector c/w protector (BTM): leopard SD pin, length: 38 - 40 ft.
- Coating:
Pipe should be coated externally and internally with standard mill varnish for protection from rust while in transit and storing at (S.O.C) pipes yard.
- Ends protection:
pin & box of each pipe protected with protector & modified storage dope acc. to API BUL 5A2.
- Marking:
According to (API STD-5A), copy attached piece no. of each pipe (serialize)
- Packing: bare in loose.
- Inspection:
G1- third party inspection - internationally accepted inspector as (bureau Veritas, SGS, Liouds, Tuboscope VET co.,) nominated by manufacturer & accepted by end user certifying that materials and manufacturing are as per required specifications
G2 - inspection contract between the mills and inspector must be forwarded in details to (S.O.C) before manufacturing process.
G3-third party inspection reports; release notes and certificates must be forwarded together with mill test certificates (prepare by manufacturer) showing in document form: chemical compositions test, inspection devices, modes of inspection ? to S.O.C before conductor pipe arrival to Iraqi port .
