Scope of Work:
Shell Exploration and Production Libya GmbH Invites expressions of interest from experienced companies to pre-qualify for a forthcoming tender for the supply of maintenance services to Shell offices and staff accommodation premises in Tripoli.
The forthcoming Tender will comprise three discrete scopes of work which may be awarded separately or together as a single contract.
1- Maintenance Services for Company offices and staff accomodation buildings.
- Maintenance, Inspection, repair and replacement of domestic utilities including electricity, Water, and Air Conditioning units, and security lights.
- Maintenance, Inspection, repair, and replacement of Domestic HSES appliances including Fire Extinguishers.
- SEPLG & SEDL offices and staff accommodation in Tripoli comprise two office buildings of 2600 m2 each, and one Staff House Building with 27rooms.
2- Maintenance Services for Staff family houses.
·- Maintenance repair and replacement of domestic utilities including electricity, Water, and Air Conditioning units, and security lights.
- Maintenance, Inspection, repair, and replacement of Domestic HSES appliances including Fire Extinguishers.
- Currently SEPLG rents approximately 50 family homes in Tripoli and surrounding districts.
3- Provision of Office Cleaning and Security Guard services.
- Services for Company offices and Staff Accommodation buildings in Tripoli.
