Scope of Work:
New radar tank gauging system for Buzergan crude oil storage tanks with the following tank data: capacity 28000m3, dia 47.5m, high 17m, no. five, floating roof type.
The scope of supply consists of the following:
1- # 5 radar transmitter type REX / RTG 3950 - TRL / 2 suitable for still pipe size 6", and transmitter to be supplied with fixing clamps.
2- # 5 slave data acquisition unit SDAU-2100 or latest version.
3- # 5 thermal resistance pt-100, sensor length: 50cm, thread head 3/4"npt.
4- # 1 main & redundant (FCU) field communication unit FCU -2160 (or latest version) including redundancy function.
5- # 1 Field Bus Modem FBM-2171 (or latest version)
6- # 1 PC with full API calculation custody transfer (tank - master) operating software including, and with the following:
17" LCD flat monitor, laser printer, suitable Ups, PC's case provide with lock key.
7- # 5000 meter control cable (7 x 1.5 mm2) screened & armored with suitable explosion proof glands.
Two years spare parts:
8- # 1 complete transmitter RTG-3950 tank without radar reflector, # 1 complete FCU, # 1 complete SDAU, # 1 FBM
