Scope of Work:
Occidental Libya Oil & Gas BV (Libyan Branch) (OLOG) intends to solicit interest and pre-qualify Contractors for the provision of Drilling & Completion Fluids, Drilling and Completion Fluids Personnel, Solids Control/Dewatering/Filtration equipment and Solids Control/Dewatering/Filtration Personnel in support of OLOG’s exploration program in Contract Areas 143, 144, 145 and 150 and 103 Gas.

Number Of Wells: 20+ wells
Well Depth: 8-10,000 Ft
Term of Contract – 2 years
Minimum Requirements for Drilling and Completion Fluids Combined Services:
- Complete Drilling Fluids Product Line inclusive of Water Base and NAF systems
- Complete Completions Fluids Product Line inclusive of all Brines and Breakers for Open Hole and Cased Hole Completions.
- Complete Line of Solids Control Equipment inclusive of Dewatering Equipment, Large Bowl Variable Speed Centrifuges (rated to 800 gpm with water), Balanced Linear and or Linear/Eliptical Motion Shakers that are capable of handling flow of 1,200 gpm, API Shaker Screens, Mud Cleaners that are capable of handling flow of 800 gpm, Desanders and Desilters that are capable of processing 800 gpm.
- Filtration Units DE and Cartridge Type Filters. Single and Dual, sized from 600Ft2 to 1500Ft2 or greater. Ability to process from 12 to 20 bbls/minute (DE Type) and 500 to 800 Gal/minute Cartridge type.
- Personnel with minimum 5 to 10 years field and supervisory experience in providing and working with the services listed above. (Junior level Engineers/Technicians minimum 5 years experience, Senior level minimum 10 years), Supervisory personnel minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years practical experience in the field.)
- Interested Companies must be able to list a minimum of 10 Combined Services Projects employing all the services described in this posting over the last 3 years (Global and or in Libya).
