Scope of Work:
Sterling Oil Exploration and Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO) operator of the OPL 280 PSC invites interested and reputable vendors with relevant experience and capacity for the Supply of Flow and Export Lines. The Supply is required by First quarter 2010. The estimated primary duration of this contract is two years with an option to extend it for another one year.
Brief Description of Supply:
Supply of various sizes of Flow and Export Lines as per API 5L, X-52, PSL-1 or PSL-2 (SEEPCO/280/LP/09)
The scope of this contract shall include but not limited to the following:
a. Supply of API 5L X52, Seamless, Bevel end line pipes of sizes 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” of schedule 160, 120, and 80.
b. Provide technical details, material certificates from manufacturers & third party inspection/test certificates as listed in the scope of work.
c. Line Pipes shall be externally coated with 3-layer anti-corrosion Polyethylene (PE) coating of density 940 kg/m3 confirming to DNV - RP -F106.
3L-PE thickness 3.20 – 3.70mm.
