Scope of Work:
Contractor shall carry out civil and electrical maintenance work including servicing, repairing and/or replacement of defective parts to existing facilities including monthly preventative maintenance.
The services include demolition and alterations, excavation and earthwork, concrete work, block work, steelwork, roofing works, waterproofing works, plumbing and sanitary works, water tank flushing, plastering, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, painting, glazing and aluminum work, carpentry, joinery and iron works, road paving and kerbing works, fencing, electrical works, and works on kitchen units and electrical equipment.
