Scope of Work:
Supply of # 6 complete PCV used for water consist of the followings:
1- # 6 control valve:
Size 8", ANSI 300#
Working pressure: 2-25 kg/cm2
Body: cast iron
Internal parts: stainless steel
Max. safe working temperature: 70° c
Ambient temp.: 50° c
Valve cylinder: ductile iron, nickel coated.
O-ring: Viton dynamic, Buna - n static, neoprene.epr, all Viton, all Buna-n
Seat ring: steel, nickel coated.
The other internal parts: stainless steel.
2- # 6 solenoid pilot valve 220v, 50 hz.
3- # 6 pressure reducing pilot valve.
Pressure: 2-25 kg/cm².
4- # 6 needle valve and strainer suitable to the a/m parts.
5- Relevant fittings and pipings.
6- Recommended spare parts for one-year operation and must include o-rings for each (PCV).
7- 2-sets of operation, maintenance and spare parts catalogues must be submitted for each item.
8- Differential pressure control.
Delta p = (1 to 20) kg/cm2.
Origins must be: USA, Japan, West Europe.
